I was lucky enough to get to work with Then Shins as they took their very first tour van back up to Seattle for one last trek before they gave it to a band in need, with The Shins Van Contest. The contest was featured on the Late Show with Steven Colbert, CBS, Under the Radar, Pitchfork, and many others. The contest was part of a promotional campaign for their new record "Heartworms". I shot and directed "The Shins Van Contest" series in collaboration with Sony Records and James Mercer of The Shins.
